Upon booking your shoot online, you will receive a courtesy call from one of our professional photographers within 24 hours to arrange the details of the shoot. If for any reason we are unable to process the shoot, we will notify you of the re-scheduling.

Our rates are based on the size of the listing. Generally, the bigger property size is, we shoot more images as a result, that means more work. If you want to restrict the number of images we take we can discount the following rates accordingly. If you haven't worked with us previously we will also discount the first assignment.
